Shadow Work
The shadow is a moral problem that challenges the whole ego-personality, for no one can become conscious of the shadow without considerable moral effort. To become conscious of it involves recognizing the dark aspects of the personality as present and real. This act is the essential condition for any kind of self-knowledge.
- Carl Jung
Shadow Work is a cyclical work,it's a deep work and a work that journeys down into the root of a part of you that was once felt to be lost. The shadow is the discarded parts of ourselves that never fully healed, the wounded, the forgotten, the shamed, the guilty, the ugly, the unimaginable. If we are to bring balance to ourselves as being a whole being and better understand ourselves and, what we are capable of then we must incorporate the shadow into ourselves.

About Shadow Work
Everyone carries a shadow, and the less it is embodied in the individual's conscious life, the blacker and denser it is. - Carl Jung
